▶No, these costs are separate from the rental fee. We connect you with local catering partners to build a menu around your guest count. All alcohol and bar service is handled exclusively by Redwood Event Center — outside bartenders or alcohol are not permitted.
Do we have exclusive use of the venue?
▶Yes, exclusivity is a guarantee at Redwood Event Center. Only one event is scheduled each day, so you have the whole venue to yourself with no other guests for the entire event from your initial setup to your final send-off.
Is outdoor audio an option?
▶Yes, the redwood area provides a surround sound system that can be used for background music or to support a speaking engagement. However, if the event requires dancing or music of a louder nature, that event will be held in the entertainment room to meet local sound level regulations.
What happens if it rains or the weather changes?
